Our kitchen is built on the traditions our chef grew up with, serving up the comforting flavours of Polish cuisine. But we love to have a bit of fun with them. Think pierogi with Polish caviar - familiar favourites given a fresh, surprising twist.
We cook with the seasons, letting local ingredients lead the way.
At the end of the day, it comes down to three things: flavour without compromise, quality without question and hospitality straight from the heart.
